This place definitely deserves the nearly 400 5 star reviews it has. Customer service is top priority and they gave me all my options when I brought my car in for tires, even filled up my windshield wiper fluid when they replaced the wipers. Highly recommend this family owned shop!

Brought car in for front shocks and to see if they could fix the gas gauge as it has not worked properly for a long time. In there inspection found a few items that i will need to take care of at a later date. Very nice people to work with, kept me informed of what was happening and my car was completed on schedule as parts had to be ordered, that takes extra time. But came in under the quoted price. Thank you .

I noticed that the wheels didn’t quite line up correctly and the brakes weren’t braking evenly. All wheel was able to align the axels and go through the brakes. I had a tow package installed on my Honda CRV and I had to have some adjustments done to the braking mechanism. I bent it with my foot and it was my mistake. They fixed it for me with no charge. I am not saying they do work for free but they understood what happened and it was a quick fix. If it needed a few hours work I would never have an issue paying for the time and materials for something I did. My wife and I drive from Reno Nevada to have them work on my RV. Robert, Donnie, Russ and the team are just amazing. Russ the RV mechanic was just amazing in sharing the work he did on my RV. I needed some work on My CAT Diesel engine and I never had a concern that it will be done correctly but they also consult with you and explain what is being done and also share since we are that far down on the engine we recommend other work. I am a mechanic myself. Doing other work when an engine has a manifold and turbo off is a no brainer. So many other shops wouldn't consult with you and advise upgrades and other work to be done. If all service type companies had ALL Wheels vision and dedication to quality work. the industry wouldnt have the reputation it does. ALL Wheel is a 5 star shop. I have one suggestion to all of their customers. Do push them to get your work done. Mechanics who perform at there Level need the time and no pressure to get a job done. it will always be in your favor to be patient."

"This is a follow up to an earlier excellent experience at All Wheel Truck & RV Repair trying to diagnose a check engine light. They couldn’t nail it down specifically so advised to see if it repeats after being reset. After driving about 200 miles, it did re-light, so I decided to bring my motorhome back to the shop to have the fuel pump replaced. Rob, the service manager explained that it may not be the only problem, but that with 93,000 miles on it, it would be a preemptive repair and a good idea. I called Monday morning and they had me come in the next day - a huge benefit as we were just passing through. We arrived around noon and I was able to park in a bay where I could hook-up to 30 amp power. They got to work immediately and at quitting time, I was able to stay on-site in my rig overnight. I was also having oil and lube service while I was there. They always kept me informed of progress and all work went without a hitch. On the second day of work, I managed to pick up a screw in my tow car tire. All Wheel repaired the tire and remounted it - at no charge. They even tightened down the lug nuts on all the wheels. Throughout the process, they were always friendly, courteous and respectful. They also had great recommendations for meals. I would come back here for work anytime. Upon leaving, they emailed the final inspection report detailing all that they did. I’ve now driven about 350 miles with no recurrence so far."

"Direct referral by Henderson's of Grants Pass because their schedule was booked for over two weeks out....All Wheel had an available opening in one week. BEST REFERRAL I've EVER received! PG&E had shut down power throughout NORCAL due to winds and fires...despite that, All Wheel had my appointment ready as scheduled. Additionally, since I was traveling in my RV, they reserved a place for me to hook up the night prior through the night of completion (three nights total) as part of their provided services....and PG&E turned the switch back on just in time for me to have 50 Amp service the whole time. They spent two full days repairing the steering system on my 1995 P30-based Trek RV - after more than 160,000 miles and past maintenance mis-cues from other shops over the years (details on add'l YELP review...please go see it as well) it really NEEDED knowledgable, capable, legitimate service! I spent two days hanging out in the customer lounge area of their front office while my rig was in-work...each evening, they would ensure I was back in my rig for the over-night, level and connected to 50A power. I had two dogs with me....they too were totally accepted as welcome guests as well. Watching All Wheel interact with and provide service to numerous customers during that two day period, I can clearly say that if you wanted to model honest, sincere and knowledgable customer service for other businesses to follow, THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE! Oh yeah, by the way they totally nailed the front end suspension and steering issues - My rig has never driven better! ....but that should be expected then, shouldn't it?"
